Principle of air suspension

Air bearings are another important part, which uses the principle of gas dynamics to make the centrifugal impeller stably suspended on the bearing when rotating at high speeds, which can reduce wear and energy loss, and improve mechanical efficiency.During the operation of the air suspension centrifugal blower, the gas is accelerated and compressed through the air inlet and discharged by the centrifugal impeller to a high-pressure gas stream. Due to the presence of air bearings, the centrifugal impeller rotates very smoothly, resulting in an efficient and stable airflow output.​
